- Product Authenticity
Luxeora offers first-copy luxury handbags inspired by world-famous brands (Prada,
Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Dior, etc.).
Each bag is carefully inspected for design accuracy, material quality, and finishing
before dispatch.
Product images on our website are real and represent the actual product you will receive. - Order Protection
Your order is protected from placement to delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 24 hours of delivery
with unboxing photos/videos for verification.
Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit — as per our policy. - Payment Protection
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
We do not store or share your credit/debit card or banking information.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, full payment is collected safely at the time of
delivery. - Delivery Protection
If your parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, Luxeora will replace the
