1. Return Eligibility
   We accept returns only if:
    The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
    A complaint is raised within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
    You provide unboxing video proof showing the issue clearly.
   If approved, you will receive a replacement or store credit — as per availability.
2. Conditions for Return
    Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.
    Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
    The buyer must cover return shipping costs unless Luxeora is at fault.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
   Please note:
    Sale, discounted, or clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
    No payment refunds are offered under any circumstance — only replacement or store
   credit applies for eligible cases.
    Used or altered products will not be accepted for return.
4. Exchange Policy
    Exchanges are available only for full-priced items (not on sale items).
    Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
    Items must be in their original, unused condition.
5. Order Cancellation
   Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our team.
   Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
6. How to File a Claim
   To report a damaged or incorrect item:

    Attach your order number, issue description, and unboxing video proof.
   Our support team will review your case and guide you through the next steps.
